Can I combine orders and save on shipping?
Yes. We are all about saving resources. If you place 2 orders within 24 hours email and let us know. We will refund the shipping costs on your second order and ship both together. Love for you, love for the planet. :)
Which carrier do you use to ship?
We ship via USPS.
When will my order arrive?
Orders arrive 10-14 business days from the end of the sale, if not sooner. When the sale closes the company ships the products to us and then we turn around and ship them out to you right away.
Do you ship international?
Currently we only ship to the US and Canada. Email us at hello@purecitizen.com with international shipping in the subject line and we will let you know when we do.
Do you use eco friendly packaging?
Of course. So do not judge us if your box looks like it went around the world a couple of times. We reuse everything, and we mean everything. You may find some of our old t-shirts that have too many holes in them protecting your breakables. Including reusable rags in shipments is part of our customer loyalty program. :)
