Do you accept returns?
Yes. You have 30 days to return an item after you receive it. We offer store credit and in the event of a return you will have the amount credited to your account minus the original shipping charges.
What am I allowed to return?
We will accept returns on the following items:
-apparel
-jackets and outerwear
-footwear
-home decor and home accessories
Items must be returned unused, unworn and in their original condition. Items must also be returned in their original packaging including tags, hangers, shoe boxes, dust bags, eyeglass cases, gift boxes and any other packaging.
The following items are FINAL SALE and may not be returned:
-beauty and fragrances
-belts
-handbags
-hosiery
-intimates
-jewelry
-sunglasses
-swimwear
-vintage items
-wallets
-watches
These rules do not apply to defective items.
How do I return an item?
Easy. Put your order number and reason for return in the package and ship it back to:

What if something was damaged or there is something wrong with my order?
Email us at returns@purecitizen.com or call use at 1-800-687-0490 and we will make it all better (we'll even pay to ship it back to us). Occasionally we cannot replace a damaged item and therefore we will refund you your money. We get a limited amount of items for sale, and sometimes there just isn't an available replacement.
