Why do I have to become a member to see sales?
This is the only way we can offer such great discounts on merchandise. It is free, and we promise you will be happy you joined.
How long do sales last?
We feature new flash sales every weekday. They start at Midnight PST on Sunday night and each one lasts for 72 hours. Shop quick as products do sell out.
Do you use eco friendly packaging?
Of course, so do not judge us if the box looks like it went around the world a couple of times. We reuse everything, and we mean everything. It’s very likely you will find some of our old t-shirts that have too many holes in them protecting your breakables. Shipping rags you can reuse is part of our rewards program. :)
Do you accept returns?
Yes. You have 30 days to return an item after you receive it. We offer store credit and in the event of a return you will have the amount credited to your account minus the original shipping charges. Read more about our return policy here.
How do I return an item?
Easy. Put your order number and reason for return in your package and ship it to:

Flat Rate Shipping as follows:

Can I combine orders and save on shipping?
Yes. We are all about saving resources. If you place 2 orders within 24 hours email and let us know. We will refund the shipping costs on your second order and ship both together. Love for you, love for the planet. :)
Which carrier do you use to ship?
We ship via USPS.
When will my order arrive?
Orders will arrive 10-14 business days from the end of the sale, if not sooner. When the sale closes the company ships the products to us and then we turn around and ship them out to you right away.
Do you ship international?
Currently we only ship to the US and Canada. Email us at hello@purecitizen.com with international shipping in the subject line and we will let you know when we do.
Do you collect sales tax?
Only for orders shipped to Illinois. Sales tax is 7.25%
Do I have to pay to be a member?
Nope. But if you love us that much, we accept payment in forms of round-trip international plane tickets.
What if I want something that is sold out?
If we have sold out of an item, you can usually find it directly on that company’s website. You will probably have to pay full price, but hey, you are supporting an amazing company and getting a great product.
Can I invite friends?
Of course! Tell them about us before they find out for themselves and when they purchase something you will get $10 credited to your account. Click here to invite friends.
